Returns and Exchanges

 – Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as it was received.

– Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

– Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at alenapanchishin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

– Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

– Packaging: Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging materials.

– Tracking: We advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

– Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

– Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

– Non-refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

– Reporting: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3-5 days of receipt at alenapanchishin@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.

– Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
