– Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
– Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Italy. Delivery times vary but typically range from 3 to 5 business days for shipping.
– International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and can range from 10 to 15 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
– Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. We offer free shipping on orders over 200€ within Italy.
Packaging
– Protection: All artwork is carefully packaged using high-quality materials to ensure it arrives safely. We use sturdy boxes, protective wrapping, and, if necessary, custom crates for larger pieces.
– Sustainability: We strive to use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
Customs and Duties
– International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
– Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Tracking and Insurance
– Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
– Insurance: All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alenapanchishin@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Returns and Exchanges
